The Treasury Operations Officer ensures the accurate and timely settlement of various Treasury transactions, including Money Market and Fixed Income products, while managing cash discrepancies and payment processes. This role requires collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to risk control standards within the bank's transactions.

Responsibilities

Action and settle Money Market and Fixed Income transactions through Austraclear and RITS.
Process retail and wholesale SWIFT payments ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies and nostro breaks with internal and external stakeholders.
Review and match trade confirmations with counterparties to detect errors before settlement.
Support process improvements and new product implementations to enhance operational efficiency.
