Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator is the primary patient-facing contact at Village Orthodontics, responsible for supporting patient acquisition and retention through excellent service and patient education. The role requires strong knowledge of orthodontic treatment plans, dental insurance and financing options to help patients understand costs and accept recommended care. The coordinator also supports operational needs by confirming appointments, ensuring patients are cleared for treatment, and aligning with office values and goals.
