Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator provides person-centered case management and coordination services to children enrolled in the NMS TFC program under the supervision of the Program Manager and Clinical Director. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans while ensuring compliance with state requirements and agency standards. The position focuses on supporting children, treatment foster parents, and biological families through comprehensive outreach, engagement, and follow-up.
