Treatment Counselor

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking full-time Treatment Counselors to join the Crisis/IRTS team, providing direct intensive residential treatment and crisis stabilization mental health services. The role utilizes person-centered care within a recovery and rehabilitative environment, offering a rotating evening schedule with a focus on work-life balance. Qualified candidates will engage clients in their mental health recovery, conduct assessments, and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
