TRETSR CEI Project Supervisor

The CEI Project Supervisor serves as the on‑site authority for construction engineering and inspection activities, overseeing daily field operations, project documentation, and acting as the primary liaison between S&ME, WVDOH, contractors, and stakeholders. The role requires deep familiarity with WVDOH specifications, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, resolve construction issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
