Triage Nurse

The Triage Charge Nurse provides comprehensive clinical care through assessment, intervention, coordination, and education to promote offender health and safety within the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction. This role involves conducting telehealth triage, managing medical and mental health emergencies, developing care plans, and mentoring nursing staff while maintaining accurate clinical records.
