Triage Nurse

The Triage Nurse provides professional assessment of patient health concerns primarily over the telephone, determines symptom severity, coordinates medication refills and referrals, and supports clinic operations in a stable daytime primary care setting. The role requires a Kansas RN or LPN license, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to handle high‑volume, stress‑filled calls while maintaining patient confidentiality.
