About this role
The Triage Nurse at Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates supports the Primary Care clinic in South Weymouth, delivering ambulatory nursing services primarily via phone triage with some in-person visits. This is a full-time, onsite position scheduled Monday–Friday during daytime hours. The role is part of Mass General Brigham’s system-led Medical Group focused on community-based outpatient care.
