Public Counsel
The Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services is hiring Trial Attorneys to provide criminal defense representation for indigent clients in Massachusetts district and superior courts. Attorneys will handle client interviews, arraignments, pre‑trial investigations, motions, and trials, and will receive comprehensive training and ongoing legal education.
Public Counsel provides pro bono law for children, families, veterans, students, immigrants, nonprofits and small businesses.
