Public Counsel
The Committee for Public Counsel Services is seeking trial attorneys to represent children and indigent parents in family regulation matters, including care and protection, termination of parental rights, and other child custody proceedings. Attorneys will conduct client interviews, legal research, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a commitment to serving a culturally diverse, low‑income population and eligibility to practice law in Massachusetts.
Public Counsel provides pro bono law for children, families, veterans, students, immigrants, nonprofits and small businesses.
