Trim Line Trainer

The Trim Line Trainer will develop, mentor, and coach new team members to ensure they successfully complete their probationary period and acclimate to operations processes. This role involves providing hands-on training, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations to track improvements and additional training needs. The trainer will also assist with orientation, communicate concerns to leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert on the production floor.
