The Trim Manager leads end-to-end trim development and production for apparel and accessories, partnering directly with global trim mills to deliver brand-right, scalable solutions. The role is based at Fabletics’ El Segundo headquarters and reports to the Sr. Director of Fabric Development, Innovation, & Sourcing. It focuses on transitioning trim development toward mill-led models to improve cost, quality, speed, and innovation.
