Truck Pusher

The Truck Pusher supports daily heavy haul and rig-moving operations by coordinating drivers, equipment, loads, and field activities. This hands-on position works directly with drivers and field crews to safely and efficiently complete rig moves, including rigging down and rigging up drilling rigs and related equipment. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and mechanical awareness to keep equipment and crews moving efficiently in a fast-paced field environment.
