Suno
This role owns the operating floor of Trust & Safety at Suno, overseeing review queues, vendor capacity, quality programs, SLAs, and escalation workflows. The position focuses on making the human side of the enforcement system fast, accurate, and cost-effective by managing vendor performance and building training and QA programs. The role reports to the Trust & Safety lead and collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams.
