Summit Institute
The Summit Institute offers a Leadership Development Track with three pathways: a part-time Summer and Semester Internship (10 hrs/week, 12‑16 weeks) to expand leadership skills and explore ministry, a part-time Apprenticeship (20 hrs/week, 10 months) to deepen leadership and discern vocational ministry, and a full-time Residency (40 hrs/week, two years) to develop and deepen a call to vocational ministry.
