TST Overnight (Awake) Shift Supervisor

The Overnight (Awake) Shift Supervisor ensures the safety, security, and well-being of adolescent female residents during overnight hours at a residential facility. This role provides direct supervision to overnight staff, responds to crises, and maintains a trauma-informed environment while supporting the implementation of Trauma Systems Therapy. The position works collaboratively with the residential team to foster stability and independence for youth in care.
