Tufting Machine Operator

This role involves preparing and operating tufting machines to produce carpet by managing yarn supply, including unpacking, loading, and splicing yarn onto creels. The position requires maintaining machine operations, assisting with backing changes, and adhering to strict safety and quality procedures in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess basic mechanical and math skills, pass a color vision test, and be physically capable of handling materials and navigating multi-level creel areas.
