Tugboat Captain

NGL Companies is seeking a U.S.C.G. licensed Tugboat Captain to ensure the safe and efficient operation of maritime vessels on land and sea. This role involves managing crew members, implementing safety policies, coordinating training, and maintaining vessel procedures while reporting defects and accidents. The Captain is responsible for maximizing cost efficiency, completing required log entries, and providing direction to deckhands and mates in various weather conditions.
