Tunnel Wash Management Trainee

The Tunnel Wash Management Trainee is responsible for learning all aspects of tunnel car wash operations under the direction of a General Manager Trainer. This role involves gaining hands-on experience in daily site operations, customer service, sales performance, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and team leadership. The trainee will develop the skills necessary to recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient wash environment.
