Turbo Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure service stability, correct process execution, and achievement of defined SLAs and OKRs. The role acts as a bridge between systems (WMS, SAP, internal platforms), operational teams, commercial areas and leadership to detect deviations, identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions. It focuses on improving user experience and controlling operational costs through data-driven insights.
