About this role

The Turbomachinery Tech Lead serves as the technical authority for turbomachinery products, owning the technical development roadmap and establishing design processes and analytical rigor. This hands-on technical architecture role requires deep analysis capability to set standards, adjudicate trades, and represent the branch in system-level forums. The position focuses on ensuring turbomachinery design decisions are informed by and inform system-level performance and operability.
