About this role

The Turnaround Execution Coordinator is responsible for the safe planning and execution of refinery turnarounds while meeting competitive performance objectives. This role partners with cross-functional teams throughout all phases of turnaround planning, scheduling, execution, closeout, and continuous improvement activities. The position supports implementation of the Chevron IMPACT Turnaround Planning Work Process to deliver safe, predictable, and cost-effective turnaround outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute refinery turnarounds while ensuring safety compliance and meeting performance objectives
Develop turnaround plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies using IMPACT work process
Manage contractors, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor turnaround budgets and costs
