The role involves leading the UAE maintenance organization, ensuring all maintenance on the Joby eVTOL aircraft meets CAR 145 standards, and acting as the primary interface with the GCAA for regulatory compliance and approvals.

Own Maintenance Organisation Exposition and administer certifying staff authorizations
Direct base and line maintenance activities and manage maintenance team resources
