4+ years of experience in UAS operations, maintenance, flight testing, or engineering integration rolesDemonstrated ability to pilot multirotor and fixed-wing aircraft and support autonomous flight operationsHands-on experience with ArduPilot and strong working knowledge of PX4, Betaflight, or related autopilot ecosystemsStrong familiarity with UAS command and control architectures, RF links, GPS/telemetry systems, and field troubleshootingPractical electronics skillset including soldering, harness building, connector repair, diagnostics, and component-level replacement
