About this role

The UAS Technology Demonstrator Manager leads the end-to-end development of autonomous flight demonstrators, overseeing platform modifications, flight test orchestration, and technology maturation from lab to flight environments. This senior role requires collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, managing regulatory compliance under EASA frameworks, and serving as the strategic interface for test campaigns involving complex systems like multi-UAV swarming and manned-unmanned teaming.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of UAS demonstrators from concept to flight validation
Coordinate mechanical and electrical integration of novel sensors and communication links
Plan and execute comprehensive test campaigns for high-complexity autonomous air trials
Drive technology maturation from laboratory settings to flight-representative environments
Partner with Quality and Airworthiness engineers to define regulatory pathways for uncrewed tests
