FirstLight Federal Credit Union
The UER I role provides exceptional service to members by identifying and recommending appropriate financial products and solutions based on their needs. Responsibilities include managing account transactions, renewing certificates, and educating members on credit union technology. The position serves as an entry-level role in training with opportunities to progress to a Level II.
