The UK MLRO will serve as Transak's named nominated officer for the UK regulated entity, holding personal statutory accountability for financial crime detection, prevention, and reporting. The role leads the end‑to‑end financial crime control environment, including risk assessment, policy, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions, Travel Rule compliance, and regulator engagement, particularly driving the FCA crypto‑asset authorisation application.
