Program Manager at RTX leads multi-disciplined teams to manage financial, technical, and schedule metrics for Foreign Military Sales activities. Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project staff to enhance business and project management skills.
Facilitate continuous improvement through design and implementation of efficient processes.
Develop relationships with USG customers and agencies for Foreign Military Sales activities.
Manage daily program processes to ensure compliance with EX/IM, EV, and R&O measures.
Oversee application of disciplined program management tools across CONUS and OCONUS personnel.
