Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Operator

The Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Operator performs ultrasonic inspections on Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes to detect and evaluate potential defects in the weld seam, pipe body, and other specified areas. The role ensures that inspection equipment is properly calibrated, testing is performed in accordance with approved procedures, and results meet applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements. The operator is responsible for operating and monitoring automated and/or manual ultrasonic testing equipment, maintaining accurate inspection records, and supporting continuous production while adhering to all safety protocols.
