The Utilization Management (UM) Coordinator supports the coordination, processing, and administrative functions of the utilization review process to ensure timely and appropriate review of healthcare services in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role interfaces with UM nurses, physicians, providers, and members to manage authorization workflows and maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory bodies.
