UM Trainer

The UM Trainer is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to support the onboarding, development, and ongoing education of the Utilization Management team. This role partners with operations, quality, compliance, and leadership teams to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and promote continuous learning and performance improvement. The position ensures employees are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to perform their responsibilities accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
