A board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient-only primary care on a per diem basis. The physician will manage an adult patient panel in a clinic setting, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute non-emergent conditions. This flexible, as-needed role has no inpatient or on-call responsibilities.
