Underground Quarry Superintendent

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Underground Quarry Superintendent to lead the start-up and long-term operation of a new underground room-and-pillar limestone mine in Cadomin, Alberta. This role is critical for building a high-performance safety culture, developing front-line leadership, and ensuring the operation consistently achieves production, quality, and regulatory objectives. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement in safety, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
