About this role

The Underwriter, Lender Placed Insurance (LPI) supports underwriting execution, risk evaluation, pricing analysis, and portfolio monitoring for LPI products including Mortgage Hazard, Auto CPI, Blanket/VSI, and Flood. This role reports to the Vice President of Underwriting and collaborates with the Warranty & Lender Solutions underwriting team, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position focuses on evaluating risk, interpreting loss experience, and preparing sound underwriting recommendations to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

Evaluate risk selection and pricing for new and existing accounts
Analyze portfolio performance and loss trends to identify corrective actions
Support underwriting lifecycle including quote letter development and policy issuance
