Underwriter

As an Underwriter III at FNB Life Assurance, you will assess complex life insurance applications involving medical, occupational, and financial data to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and reinsurance treaties. This role requires managing substandard and standard cases for various products, including disability and critical illness covers, while providing mentorship to junior staff. You will drive timely resolutions for high-priority cases, participate in training sessions, and mitigate organizational risks through accurate documentation and proactive problem-solving.
