Underwriter

The Underwriter focuses on Commercial Real Estate lending, performing analysis, due diligence, and underwriting of proposed new loan requests for new and existing clients. The role involves independently evaluating creditworthiness, preparing credit presentations, and creating Credit Approval Recommendation reports for approval by Credit Administration. This position requires effective communication with bank personnel and clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
