The Bond & Specialty Insurance Underwriting Internship at Travelers is a 10–12 week paid program that gives undergraduate students hands-on exposure to property & casualty underwriting across multiple business units. Interns receive on-the-job training, complete meaningful project work, and are paired with a coach to develop underwriting, sales, and marketing knowledge.
