An 11-week Underwriting Departmental Internship where two interns rotate through multiple managers to gain hands-on exposure to underwriting operations. Interns learn how underwriting decisions are made, how agencies are managed, how compliance is maintained, and how systems support the operation. The program provides a broad foundation for careers in insurance, risk, or business operations.
