Underwriting Operations Manager - Retail

The Underwriting Operations Manager - Retail leads and develops the Underwriting Operations team at Zurich Canada, supporting profitable growth and enhancing the experience of distribution partners, customers, and underwriting teams. This role involves managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic change across the business. The position reports to the VP, Retail Operations and requires a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office.
