Underwriting Specialist

This role involves reviewing and processing insurance applications for California and Nevada cases within a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict 24-hour turnaround times. The position requires following up on pending items with brokers or sales offices and serving as a subject matter expert for underwriting system changes. It also entails providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders while assisting team leads with pre-sale questions and projects as needed.
