The Underwriting Specialist is a key member of the Underwriting team responsible for profitably growing a book of business by partnering with brokers and executing underwriting decisions. This role involves managing complex accounts, developing broker relationships, and driving business through active engagement with COIs. The position requires planning and budgeting for the book of business while maintaining a clear view of market conditions.
