About this role
The Union L95 HVAC Engineer supports senior engineering staff in the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of building systems and equipment for the client. The role focuses on ensuring HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, refrigeration, water, and energy systems operate safely and efficiently and includes maintaining records, compliance, and responding to emergencies. This is a non-supervisory, hourly position covered by union agreements.

Qualifications
