Unit Clerk

A Unit Clerk supports nursing unit operations by performing clerical, receptionist, and record-keeping duties. The role involves managing patient information, answering telephone inquiries, organizing office supplies, and adhering to strict infection prevention and HIPAA policies. Staff may also assist with patient transport within the facility and help coordinate discharges and transfers.
