Unit Clerk

The Unit Clerk provides reception, clerical, and patient‑flow coordination support for the Urgent Care Centre, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and coordination of admissions, transfers, discharges, diagnostics, and transportation. The role contributes to patient‑ and family‑centered care by assisting patients and visitors, supporting staff communication, and maintaining accurate records and information flow.
