Unit Clerk

The Unit Clerk provides reception, clerical, and patient flow coordination support for the Urgent Care Centre, ensuring efficient operation of the patient care unit. Responsibilities include managing admissions, transfers, discharges, diagnostics, and transportation coordination, as well as handling documentation and communication within the health information system. The role also supports unit administrative tasks, inventory management, and assists patients, families, and staff with information and services.
