Unit Controller

As Unit Controller at Essity's Cuijk factory, you will be the business partner for the Converting Unit and International Distribution Center, providing financial insight and challenge to operational teams. You will ensure accurate production and financial reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve performance. The role sits within a small controlling team and reports to the Site Controller, with opportunities to progress to broader site or international finance roles.
