Unit Coordinator

This role facilitates the smooth and efficient functioning of the MICU/SICU by coordinating patient flow, managing admissions, discharges, and transfers, and serving as a liaison between patients, visitors, and clinicians. The position involves answering patient call lights, troubleshooting basic IT and equipment issues, and maintaining unit operations to ensure high-quality customer service. The coordinator partners with nursing staff to support daily unit activities and resolve operational challenges.
