Unit Manager (RN)

Hickory Creek at Winamac is seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Unit Manager, supporting clinical operations and leading a dedicated nursing team within a long-term care unit. This role is ideal for nurses with charge nurse or supervisory experience looking to transition into a structured leadership position focused on team development, clinical quality, and relationship-based resident care.
