Unit Manager

Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager to assist with the direct supervision of resident care activities and coordinate nursing services with facility administration, community agencies, and families. The role involves planning, organizing, and managing the nursing services department under the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations. This position requires a licensed nurse to help develop discharge procedures, participate in resident admissions, and ensure timely communication regarding resident health status changes.
