About this role
The Hollings Cancer Center Nurse Manager II provides nursing education and mentorship to non-nursing Clinical Trials Office staff and serves as a liaison among outpatient/inpatient clinics, infusion center, and ancillary departments. The role is part of the CTO Clinical Operations Unit and supports program development, feasibility review, EPIC/Beacon treatment-plan builds, and establishment of clinical SOPs. The position ensures regulatory compliance with FDA and Good Clinical Practice guidelines and leads training and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (may substitute for experience)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - South Carolina Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ANA Generalist Certification (may be required)
